We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: We use Royal Mail’s premium tracked service to ensure your research materials arrive swiftly. Delivery is typically 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and security.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the Royal Mail website.
Returns & Replacements
Nature of Research Products
Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds and the requirement for climate-controlled storage (lyophilized stability), we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. This ensures the integrity and purity of the products for all our laboratory clients.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect item:
Please contact us via the contact form on the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the unopened vials/packaging. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced immediately at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the shipping label has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order.
